(August 19, 2021) –Perpetual Sports Network, a pioneering media company helping athletes leverage their Name, Image, and Likeness, has signed impressive University of Iowa tennis player, Alexa Noel. Noel is the most recent athlete to sign with Perpetual Sports Network, as it nears the upcoming launch of its premium content app.
Noel has been focused on her sport and built a following since the age of 14 on the European circuit. This makes her an excellent fit for Perpetual Sports Network, which is dedicated to working with a smaller number of athletes to deliver a high-quality experience to each of them. At the heart of the Perpetual Sports Network mission is the Content Hub, powered by a unique app developed by Venuetize and backed by a full-stack content team behind each athlete. True to its mission of building the Athlete’s Network, Perpetual Sports Network delivers each athlete’s subscription revenue to them, less platform fees.
Noel is entering her sophomore year at Iowa and is looking to build on the progress made as a first year where she was named Big Ten Player of the Year, the first in the history of the program. She also was named an All-American, as well as the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Rookie of the Year, and was also named first team of All-Big Ten and Big Ten Freshman of the Year. Noel is focused on the goal of playing professionally but her plans were stalled due to the impact of Covid-19 and the pause of international play. She pivoted her strategy by committing to the University of Iowa, where she continues to compete at a high level by playing high-caliber opponents, while growing her reputation and her fan base through her partnership with Perpetual Sports Network.
As Noel grew up, her family moved around a lot. In this regular state of transition, she fell into the individual sport of tennis, attending day camps here and there. As time passed, she grew to love the game and exhibited a burgeoning talent for the sport. Beginning in the seventh grade, Noel and her parents decided she would forego a traditional school experience to compete in the European tennis tournament circuit hosted by the International Tennis Federation.
Alexa Noel’s fans and those who want to follow collegiate tennis players on the path to the pro circuit will have a unique opportunity with Perpetual Sports Network and its app, which shares content unavailable anywhere else.
