Noel will play for the University of Miami Hurricanes in her sophomore spring season.

In the spring 2021 College Women’s Tennis season, Noel played for the University of Iowa Hawkeyes. She was selected as All-American, the first qualifier in Iowa Women’s Tennis program history. She was also Big Ten Player of the Year, the first such player in Iowa Women’s Tennis program history, as well as being selected as First Team All-Big Ten, and to the Big Ten All-Tournament Team. She was named to the USTA Collegiate Summer Team, earned the Big Ten’s automatic qualifier for the NCAA Championships, and was a 32nd round qualifier for the NCAA Singles Championship Tournament.

Noel posted a 24-1 singles record including 17-0 at the No. 1 spot, and had a 13-6 doubles record at the No. 1 spot.
